We reserve this hotel for my mom and mother-in-law when they came into town for a visit, since we don’t have space to host them in our apartment. It’s a great location in downtown New Orleans that is close to everything, relatively safe, and quiet. The bedrooms and bathrooms were great, and the living space was wonderful for, just sitting around relaxing and talking. The decor was charming and provided lots of amusement and topic for conversation. Note that this is a keyless entry. You’ll receive an email with codes for the building door and the room door. There are cleaning staff around, but no service staff assist with any questions, queries, difficulties should arise. It wasn’t an issue for us, but if that is something you look for in a hotel, you may want to look elsewhere.

The location was perfect. It was an easy walk to the Riverwalk, Harrah's Casino, and French Quarters. Plenty of restaurants and bars to indulge in. The unit was huge, immaculate with plenty of towels and adequate kitchenware. I was unaware when booking the unit that the French Quarter Festival was actually going on during my stay which made the location that much more enjoyable as it was away from the loud nightlife but close enough to enjoy. I will definitely book this location again. As a matter of fact, I rebooked the location 2 days later to complete my New Orleans stay. Kudos to housekeeping!!!

It was clean and spacious in a nice historic building in a perfect location in the CBD. Great for our family. Walkable to everything. The staff were nice and the property managers responded quickly to any question we had.

The property was very nice and clean. The toilet was messed up upon arrival, but the host sent someone very quickly to fix it. The location was exceptional and close enough to walk to everything we wanted to do.

The location was excellent! A parking garage was directly across the street. Close enough to the hustle and bustle without being in it. The rooms were big and nice and comfy beds (besides the pull out couch).
